What does the Challenge include?

The 6-week Mind-Body Reboot Challenge includes all the lessons, coaching, accountability, resources, and materials you’ll need to have the success you’re looking for. The program is CRAMMED with every possible coaching session, Smartphone App, 40+ daily lessons in audiobook and written format, guides, forms, daily affirmations and text blasts, recipes, access to a state-of-the-art custom client portal, client-only video library, weekly group coaching sessions, and all of the support, community and guidance you will need to succeed – including deep dives into the entire Reboot knowledge base  - ALL AVAILABLE 24/7 FROM DAY 1!!! It includes every benefit and feature of the larger "Reboot Method" programs that cost thousands to participate in!

Who is Coach Sheila?

Sheila Keilty, known as the UN-Diet Coach by her clients, is a certified elite class Master Health & Wellness Coach, a Mindfulness Meditation Instructor, and a Human Gut Microbiome Specialist. Sheila’s transformation, losing over 130lbs and keeping it off (starting off in an electric wheelchair), was the impetus for developing the Optimal Health Reboot. Her mission is to educate as many people as possible about how to use a 360-degreee holistic approach to take control of their bodies and inspire them to make it happen! 

What are the PROVEN METHODS that are used in the Challenge?

The Mind-Body Reboot Challenge is a 6-week kick starter program that is based on the massive success and proven results that we see on our larger, more comprehensive signature program, The Reboot Roadmap. Of course, on a longer program we’re able to provide far more education and transformation than in the 6-week Challenge, but you will have the opportunity to experience the Reboot’s proven and consistently successful results, just like on the larger platform.  

When I’m done, will the coursework disappear?

Nope! Once you’ve successfully completed the 6-week Challenge, you’ll continue to have access to the community, announcements, lessons, tools, libraries, and portal for LIFE! 

How Much Can I Lose?

If you follow the guidance and stick to the program as it is intended, we’ve seen clients lose 10-15lbs in just 6 weeks. Of course, the methods you’ll be learning will be able to be applied moving forward as well after the 6 weeks are over.  (See the results of a recent challenge, above)

I have lots more than just 10-15lbs to lose! What if I want to continue in the program after?

If you’d like to continue with your health journey after the Challenge is completed, you’ll have options to also continue with the coaching and have the opportunity to purchase the larger, more comprehensive Reboot Roadmap program as a graduate of the Challenge. 

Is coaching included?

Yes! The Mind-Body Reboot Challenge includes weekly group coaching sessions. These are offered in a Zoom meeting platform and coaching is provided 1-on-1 on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

Do I have to be able to work out a lot? What if I have limited mobility or am out of shape?

 No. In fact, in the 6 weeks of the Challenge, there is very little formal fitness training, with an emphasis on developing active habits and moving your body daily. If you already HAVE a workout program that you enjoy doing and it’s not causing any issues, we encourage you to continue doing what you’re already used to doing. But no, you will not be asked to become a “gym rat!”   

How much does it cost?

The all-in price for The Mind-Body Reboot Challenge is $997, but it is currently being offered at the reduced fee of $449 for a limited time ONLY. (Includes an option for a $50 deposit and 2 low monthly payments as well!) - plus over $250 in program bonuses! Nothing more to purchase or subscribe to.  

When can I start?

The January 4th New Year's  "6-Week Reboot" is the first one of 2025 - and the last one at the discounted price! After that, there will be a start date every month for a new Challenge throughout 2025.

Is this Challenge just for women? Or are men included as well?

The Mind-Body Reboot Challenge is a program open to women ages 21-70.
